Lina Gonzalez is a healthcare design consultant designing medical facilities throughout NYC's five boroughs for clients such as Emblem Health, Simone Properties and Montefiore Hospital.
She also co-founded JCLTeam, a consulting firm that provides walking, running and cycling instruction for Spanish speaking families in collaboration with Achilles International, The Children's Aid Society, NYC Department of Parks and Recreation, New York Presbyterian Hospital's CHALK (Choosing Healthy and Active Lifestyle for Kids) Program, The Friedman Diabetes Institute, New York Road Runners and Bike New York. Currently she's helping Bike New York develop, translate and implement their bike education curriculum in Spanish. Lina attended Parsons School of Design and The Swedish Institute for Health and Sciences and is a certified cycling instructor by The League of American Cyclists.
As a Latina immigrant and parent to a first generation advanced learner, Lina is passionate about sharing the many educational and wellbeing resources available in NYC to improve her community. She's played an active role in the PALNYC organization since 2014.
